About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious female candidate to join our sales team as a Marine Spare Parts Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Effectively present and sell our marine spare parts to new and existing clients, highlighting their benefits and solutions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze the sales potential of your assigned territory and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
- Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer requirements, product improvements, and market developments.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in any industry (non-IT preferred).
- Proficiency in Tamil is essential, with fluency in English and Hindi required.
- Willingness to travel as and when needed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
